What Does the Executive Physical Include?

Medical History Review: A detailed review of your medical history, including any chronic conditions, past surgeries, medications, and family medical history.

Physical Examination: A thorough physical examination by a healthcare provider, including measurements of height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and body mass index (BMI). This also involves a general assessment of your overall physical health.

Cardiovascular Evaluation:

  • Electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG): An assessment of heart rhythm and electrical activity.
  • Coronary Calcium Scan: An assessment of cholesterol plaques building up on the heart arteries
  • Echocardiogram: An ultrasound of the heart to assess its structure and function.

Blood Tests:

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel: Measures glucose, electrolytes, and kidney/liver function.
  • Metabolic Profile: A1c, insulin level, uric acid,
